This event will honor president Robson de Andrade for his commitment to education and celebrate the announcement of a partnership that will send 200 U.S. participants to Brazil on paid, month-long fellowships. Governor Confúcio Moura of the State of Rondônia will attend as well as a leadership delegation from Brazil.
